It was nerve wracking just thinking about selling my home. You build it, live in it for more than 20+ years and then it’s time to part ways. Ann and her team were beyond helpful from the first step of setting the asking price to the last signature on the closing legalese. She knew which renovations made the most sense and it save my wife and I thousands. Within 15 minutes of meeting her, we knew that she could sell our home and within 21 days we had a buyer and a selling price that worked. There is no way my home would have sold that fast without her input. One other thing: her responsiveness. I texted her on Thanksgiving and expected to hear back from her on Monday. She texted me back two hours later. I honestly don’t know if she or her team ever take a day off. In the near future, my wife and I plan on buying a retirement home in Maine and Ann will be our only choice for realtor.
