It was nerve wracking just thinking about selling my home. You build it, live in it for more than 20+ years and then it’s time to part ways. She knew which renovations made the most sense and it save my wife and I thousands. Within 15 minutes of meeting her, we knew that she could sell our home and within 21 days we had a buyer and a selling price that worked. There is no way my home would have sold that fast without her input. One other thing: her responsiveness. I texted her on Thanksgiving and expected to hear back from her on Monday. She texted me back two hours later. I honestly don’t know if she or her team ever take a day off.
